Option 1:  One page abstract + Flash presentation 

• Deadline:  April, 30th , 2025

• One page abstract : Submit your abstract here (choose option 1)

• Flash presentation (3 min during special session dedicated to short presentation)

Option 2:  Extended abstract + Oral presentation

• Deadline: April, 30th , 2025

• Presentation of 15 min + 5 min during session dedicated to your topic

• Template:  Springer Proceedings Guidelines 

• Extended abstract :  Submit your abstract here (choose option 2) and after decision on extended abstract please upload the final version if needed.

• Minimum 3 pages  extended abstract is needed for this option

• The paper will not be in the Springer Proceeding

• The  extended abstract will be included in the conference proceeding

Option 3:  Paper in the Springer Proceeding

• Deadline for Abstract: December 1st , 2024 December 6th , 2024

• Deadline for Paper: December 31st , 2024 January 15th , 2025

• Deadline for Final Paper: March 1st, 2025

• Normal paper: Submit your abstract here (choose option 3) and after decision on your abstract please upload the full paper for reviewing process

• Template:  Springer Proceedings Guidelines 

• 6 pages is the min, but hopefully 8-10 pages, and more pages per paper are welcome

• The papers will be indexed in Scopus, Ei-Compendex and Web of Science. Scopus and Compendex indexing usually takes 3/4 months since publication date, WoS approx. 15 months
